Rachel Southard is an accomplished executive with a distinguished career in the franchising industry, currently leading as the CEO of ecomaids since May 2023. Rachel is particularly recognized for her expertise in scaling emerging franchise brands, focusing on strategic vision and operational excellence to drive business growth.

Before her tenure at ecomaids, Rachel served as President of Emerging Brands at Threshold Brands in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, she was responsible for the oversight and expansion of multiple franchises including Men In Kilts US, LLC, Men In Kilts Canada, Inc., Granite Garage Floors Franchising, LLC, and FlyFoe, LLC d/b/a Patio Patrol, where she significantly enhanced their market presence and operational strategies.

Rachel’s foundational experiences in franchise operations management were developed at Self Esteem Brands, LLC in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she served as Director of Operations, Global Innovation for the Anytime Fitness franchise for ten years. Here, Rachel drove key operational improvements and pioneered new growth strategies that enhanced franchise performance globally.
