The founders of ecomaids created a strong, financially accessible franchise lawn care business system. The management at ecomaids works hard to build upon and improve the values that ecomaids was started from in 1967:
- Constant innovation that keeps our services in high demand
- Maintaining our superior industry brand recognition
- Support for our franchisees in every aspect of their business
Lindsay Dellasega | CEO
“I feel like as a business, we are making a big impact by leaving a small footprint on the environment. That is very personal and important to me and to our franchise owners. There is a sense of pride in owning and operating an eco-friendly cleaning service. I love empowering people and providing those who share my entrepreneurial spirit with an opportunity to build a meaningful business they can be proud of.”
Lindsay has always applied science-based approaches, almost becoming a veterinarian before taking a turn and getting into corporate America. She found her ceiling in the corporate rat race and along with getting her MBA, decided she needed to start her own business, she just wasn’t sure what that would be. She was a mother who wanted more eco-friendly options in her family’s lives and found that to require an unnecessary compromise of either time or higher cost. When she found there was a lack of options for eco-friendly housecleaning, she began exploring opportunities to do it herself. That’s what lead her to start ecomaids in 2010.
After seeing the demand and success in her business, she knew there was an opportunity for other entrepreneurs to franchise the model she had perfected. In 2019, she became CEO after aligning with home services leader Happinest Brands. Lindsay’s vision is to build the ecomaids brand into a nationwide leader and to ensure customers would receive the same great experience she expected as a homeowner and mother.
Lindsay holds her B.S. in Animal Sciences from Purdue University, and a M.B.A from Marylhurst University She is also a member of ARCSI and a LEED Green Associate.
